Therapy mini-horse Pegasus visited Broward County’s mental-health court — a heartfelt collaboration between Meraki Behavioral Health and The Therapy Horse by Alexandra Ramos.
A very special thank-you to Judge Ari Porth for inviting us into his courtroom and allowing us to bring this innovative and compassionate approach to those who need it most.
Together, we created a moment of calm, grounding, and connection for individuals navigating incredibly difficult circumstances.

We’re incredibly honored to share that Meraki Behavioral Health has been selected as one of the providers spearheading the James Henry McCann IV Restricted Scholarship Initiative, in partnership with the Change Your Brain Foundation and Amen Clinics.
This initiative, created in loving memory of James Henry McCann IV, honors his life and legacy by helping young men find the answers, healing, and hope that he sought.
Through this program, boys and young men ages 10–25 who are struggling with mental health or cognitive challenges will have access to:
🧠 Comprehensive brain health evaluations at Amen Clinics
💡 Brain SPECT imaging to understand brain function
🩺 Personalized, integrative treatment plans and ongoing follow-up care
