This week, we are proud to recognize Zachariah, a 2025 graduate of the B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Program in Miami-Dade County!

Through hard work, dedication, and valuable workplace experience gained through at Boeing, Zachariah successfully completed a paid internship and just recently began a full-time position with Boeing. ✈️

Zachariah's journey is a testament to the power of perseverance, hands-on learning, and meaningful employment opportunities. We are incredibly proud of all that Zachariah has accomplished and look forward to seeing continued success in this exciting career. 🎉

Celebrating the 36th Anniversary of the ADA! 🎉

HDS Foundation is proud to honor the 36th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)—a landmark civil rights law that ensures equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities. From employment and education to transportation and access to public and private spaces, the ADA has helped create a more inclusive society where everyone can thrive.

🌟 B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Alumni Spotlight: Katelyn 🌟

We are proud to spotlight Katelyn, a 2024 graduate of the B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Program, who continues to pursue her goals and explore new opportunities!

🎓 Katelyn is currently attending Nova Southeastern University , where she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business, building the knowledge and skills needed for a successful future.

When she's not focused on her studies, Katelyn enjoys a variety of activities that keep her learning, growing, and having fun:

⛳ Taking golf lessons
🎤 Attending meetings to strengthen her public speaking and leadership skills
💃 Taking lessons in belly dancing
📺 Watching YouTube videos about engineering and fashion culture
🐕 Spending time walking her dog

Katelyn is always eager to learn new things and embrace new experiences. She hopes to travel more and explore different places and cultures as she gets older.

🌟 B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Alumni Spotlight: Nicolas 🌟

Since graduating in 2024, Nicolas has been making impressive strides at Broward College, where he is pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Network Systems Technology and Network Security/Cybersecurity while building a promising future in the technology field. He has earned technical certificates as an Information Technology Support Specialist and Information Technology Analyst and is currently working toward his Cybersecurity Technical Certificate, continuing to expand his skills and expertise in this growing industry.

Outside of school, Nicolas has been a dedicated Publix associate for the past four years and generously gives back to his community by volunteering at a local elementary school, helping prepare computers for students for the upcoming school year. His commitment to education, service, and personal growth is truly inspiring.

🚗 As a confident and independent driver, Nicolas successfully balances college, work, and volunteer activities while staying focused on his goals.
