Good morning everyone! It's been a long time!! You know those days where you wake up and you can start to see the light through the darkness? That's how I've felt the past few days. My passion for baking never disappeared, it just always becomes the part of me that fades into the back ground when life gets rough. I've found myself becoming very emersed in it again over the last few weeks. Reading through recipes, feeling the urge to create my own version of things, wanting to make beautiful things that also taste delicious! Keep an eye on the page! Good things are coming! I am SO EXCITED to make my niece's birthday cake for Saturday! It's going to be my first decorative cake in a long time. We'll see if I've still got it! Lol Any guesses as to what it will be?? It's currently a popular Disney movie that focuses on the importance of family and self worth. There's going to be lots of bright, pretty colors and some cookies to match! Hello everyone! My mom loved my baked goods and would hate that it has taken me so long to pick up the spatula again. I'm slowly baking a little at a time. That being said, I will be making decorated sugar cookies for Easter in the shapes of painted eggs, carrots, chicks and bunnies. As I'm still a work in progress, they will only be $20/dozen this spring. They do take a little time to plan, so please let me know by Monday, April 11th if you would like to purchase some! Good evening everyone! I want to apologize for being very MIA since Christmas. Most of you are personal friends of mine, but for those of you that are not, I just lost my mom 3 weeks ago to cancer. She was my best friend, my person and my biggest fan. She LOVED my baking and I'm so sad I will never be able to take her personal requests anymore. I'm still not in the best place, but have some great family and friends that have checked in. I promise I will get back to baking and posting soon! It's what she would have wanted! In the mean time, hug the people you love and tell them every chance you get! 💙

Happy Saturday! I'm still PUMPED from that Chiefs WIN!! ❤🏈💛 Now I'm onto thinking about Valentine's Day!! This will be my first Valentines sharing my treats, so like Christmas, I will have a limited menu so that I can feel out the number of orders for the holiday.

I will be making 4 flavors of cake pops. Sold for $2.25 a piece, or a sets of 4 (combination of your choice) for $8.
*Almond w/almond buttercrm (wedding cake.)
*Chocolate w/chocolate buttercrm.
*Red velvet w/ cream cheese icing.
*Orange w/cream cheese icing (creamsicle.)

I will also be working on a recipe for macarons. They're SO tricky! If I get one to work out, I will be selling them in sets of 6 (combo of your choice) for $15.
