Microsoft Outlook bug prevents viewing or creating email worldwide A Microsoft Outlook update released today for the desktop client introduced bugs that prevent users from creating or viewing mail.

Gmail suffers another outage Google suffered its second outage in as many days, with its email service Gmail going down on Tuesday for more than two hours.

Heads up to all of our clients! Microsoft is having an issue with Outlook this morning, they are working on a fix. We are requesting your patience with this matter until they release a fix. If you have any questions, please call the office (we are experiencing extremely heavy call volume at this time, leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as we can). Thanks!

As of Monday May 4th, we will be opening our offices by appointment only; we will still be offering remote services. We respectfully ask that you call before stopping in so we can enforce social distancing, sanitization, and safety measures; both of our locations are small offices that cannot accomodate multiple clients along with our staff. Onsite calls will only be allowed on a case-by-case and absolute mission critical basis for the next several weeks. We hope to restore all services by June 30th. Looking for a motivated and reliable self-starter to provide onsite support to a variety of businesses and industries around the Treasure Valley.

Qualifications and degrees are nice but not necessary for the right candidate with practical working experience. We are looking for someone who has the aptitude for IT... from workstations (both Mac and PC), networking, phones to copiers and printers, with various software and server environments, we work with it all.

Must be organized, able to communicate effectively via writing and speech, have excellent customer service skills and be able pass a background check! We love our clients and want only the best when serving them!
