Compass Datacenters project generates $10 billion investment in Lauderdale County Project will be one of the largest hyperscale data center developments in the southeast and Compass’ first campus in the region. At full fit-out, the campus will represent a $10 billion investment and create thousands of direct and indirect jobs.

🚧🚧Bridge Update on Pine Springs Road, Project ERBR-SAP-38(98)🚧🚧
Bridge construction is more than halfway complete. Lauderdale County is in good shape with our scheduled power outage granted by Mississippi Power (4/1-4/14). All necessary crane and piling work has been complete. Our contractor plans to pour the remaining caps, set beams and place rip-rap over the next week weather depending. The following week the contractor is scheduled to pour the remaining concrete deck on this bridge structure.

Upcoming street closure
North Hills Street, between 10th Avenue and 15th Place, will be closed beginning Monday, Nov. 6, at 7 a.m. through Thursday, Nov. 9, at 4 p.m. Public Works' Line Maintenance workers will be repairing an 8-inch sewer line.
