New construction, disconnected drain line under the master shower. Luckily the buyer had me perform home inspection, otherwise this could have gone unnoticed for years and caused serious damage.

This is what makes these old screw in fuses so dangerous, a 15 Amp fuse can be replaced with a 30 Amp which will allow the circuit to be overloaded. When you do that four times in the same panel, you overload the panel and things begin to melt.

My scheduling software allows me to create a map of past inspections, the blue dots are the inspections that I have performed since 2017, I wish I could go all the way back to 2001, there would be a lot more dots. Thank you for the trust Treasure Valley!
