Just wanted to share a great find for anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor lighting 🌙

I recently installed these solar fence-mounted LED lights and I’m really impressed. They’re waterproof, super bright, and have 7 lighting modes (warm white, cool white, and RGB colors). No wiring needed—just mount and let the sun do the work.

I put them along my fence/railing and they look amazing at night, especially around the patio and backyard. They’d also be great for steps, decks, or pool areas.

If anyone’s been thinking about solar lighting, these have been a solid option so far!

We recently installed the Louisville Ladder Energy Efficient Insulated Aluminum Attic Ladder, and overall we’re very pleased with the quality and performance. The ladder feels extremely sturdy—the 375 lb. load capacity gives a lot of confidence when climbing up and down, even while carrying storage items.
Installation was straightforward for an attic opening within the recommended height range (ours is just under 10 ft). The aluminum construction is solid but not overly heavy, making it easier to handle during install compared to traditional wood ladders.
One of the biggest benefits is the insulated attic door. It seals well and definitely helps reduce drafts, which is important for energy efficiency—especially in extreme temperatures. The ladder opens and closes smoothly, and the steps feel secure with good traction.
The 22.5 in. x 54 in. opening provides comfortable access without feeling cramped, and the ladder tucks away cleanly when not in use.
Overall, this is a high-quality, energy-efficient attic ladder that feels built to last. It’s a great option if you want durability, safety, and better insulation than standard attic ladders.

Gayle contacted us needing her fence rebuilt and some siding repaired. The OSB under the siding had dry rot and had to be replaced. But the good news is we were able to complete the job on time and have her house ready for the holidays

The rear patio door is often used more than the front door, so when the rollers begin to fail, the door can become difficult to open and close. For this project, we replaced the rollers, lubricated the track, and installed new sight plugs for the wheel adjustment.
