Y’all absolutely blew us away today. 🤯 Over 100 drinks were delivered during delivery this morning alone, and we truly cannot thank you enough for continuing to show up for Line Thirty-Nine the way you do.

Because of the incredible volume we’ve been seeing, we’ve decided to pause delivery for Friday, August 21st.

We want to take a morning to look at our systems, make sure we’re continuing to do things with the quality + consistency you expect from us, and just as importantly, give our girls a much-needed breather after an amazing Thursday.

We are still OPEN and would be more than happy to have your orders ready for pickup to make your morning as easy as possible. 🩷

We hope you understand us taking one morning to regroup, reset, and make sure we’re taking care of our team while continuing to take the very best care of you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for keeping us so busy. We never take it for granted.

Friday, August 20: OPEN as normal | Pickup available | No delivery

Two and a half years ago, we unlocked the doors to a little tea shop on Highway 39 with big dreams and absolutely no idea what we were doing. 🥹🩷

If you’ve heard the story, you know that within minutes of opening, Taylor was considering walking next door and pretending she worked at the nail salon because suddenly this dream felt VERY real. 😂

But there’s another side to this story.

The side filled with tears. Doubt. Fear. Roadblocks. Prayers whispered when we didn’t know what came next. Moments when we wondered if we had completely lost our minds.

And through every single one of them, the Lord knew.

He knew what He was building long before we could see it.

And over the last two and a half years, we have watched Him do more with this little place than we ever could have imagined.

So it feels almost impossible to finally type these words…

Meet Line Thirty-Nine’s little sister. 🥹

What was once a prayer is slowly becoming a reality, and there truly aren’t words big enough for the gratitude we feel.

But one thing we will never say is that we built Line Thirty-Nine.

We didn’t.

God built it.

Our customers built it.

Every incredible person who has stood behind our bar and loved this place like their own helped build it.

You have shown up. You have told your friends. You have brought your families. You have trusted us. You have kept our little shop FULL. And somehow, the place we once prayed people would walk into became a place people started asking us to bring somewhere else.

And now, we get to bring a little piece of our hometown to a place that has always felt like a second home to us.

Collinsville Nutrition will have a personality of her own, but our little sister will carry the same stamp we’ve built at Line Thirty-Nine:

First, thank you for another amazing week at Line Thirty-Nine. Thank you for showing us so much grace while we took time to be present for our friends, for the incredible outpouring of love, and for helping us hit new store records in the middle of such a heavy week.

As we head into a new week, we do have one little shop reminder that will help us continue taking the best possible care of both our customers and our team.

We know our shop is small, and we LOVE how full you keep it, but going forward, we’re asking everyone to please give our girls a little more space behind the counter. That means not leaning against or over the counters, standing at the side/end of the counter, or stepping around or behind the counter into our team’s workspace.

Part of that is making sure we’re protecting our food-prep area and maintaining the standards we’re required to follow. But just as importantly, it’s about taking care of our girls.

We hold ourselves to a really high standard when it comes to the quality of care we give our customers and the quality of every drink that leaves our counter. And as employers, we hold ourselves to that same standard, if not a higher one , when it comes to the way we care for our team.

Their safety, comfort, and peace of mind while they’re at work is one of our biggest priorities, and that is a promise we want them to always be able to count on from us.

We have brand-new faces learning right now, and training can already feel like a lot. Having someone standing extremely close, leaning over the counter, or watching from the side of their workspace can unintentionally make an already high-volume moment feel even more stressful or intimidating.

Our girls may occasionally ask you to step back or give them a little more room, especially when we’re busy, and we just ask that everyone please respect that request.

We know space can get tight in our little shop, and we appreciate your understanding more than you know. Thank you for loving our club, loving our people, and continuing to grow right alongside us. 🩷

Our newest Line 39 team members are ready to get some hands-on practice in, and we’ve officially rescheduled our training session for TODAY at 4:30 PM! 🎉

We’re looking for 10 customers to come in, order your favorite drink, and help give our new faces some real-life practice behind the bar!

We have 10 spots available, first come, first claimed! Just remember, this IS a training session, so we’re asking our volunteers to come with a little extra patience. Your order may take longer than it normally would, and that’s okay! We want our team to have time to learn, practice, ask questions, and build confidence without feeling rushed.

We know some of y’all have been checking every store shelf waiting for “that” iconic fall flavor to make its comeback… but you don’t have to wait or search anymore. 😉 We’ve got our own version ready and pouring TODAY.

This fan favorite flew out the door last year, and we had way too many people asking when she’d be back. So… surprise. 💁🏼‍♀️

She’s crisp, she’s fall in a cup, and she’s only here for the season. 🍏✨

This is one of those posts we never imagined having to make.

First, thank you to every single one of you who gave us grace yesterday as we rescheduled our training due to a family emergency. Your kindness allowed us to be exactly where we needed to be, with some of our dearest friends during an unimaginable time.

With that being said, we’re looking for 8 volunteers to join us tonight at 4:30 PM for our first hands-on training session!

If you’d like to help, come grab your favorite drink and allow our new team to practice serving you. The only thing we ask is that you come with a little extra patience, as this is a training shift, so service will be a little slower than normal.
