For Willie, every class is a commitment to keep moving. What started as an exercise program has become something much bigger: a community, a source of confidence, and a place where determination shows up again and again. The punches matter. The drills matter. But the real victory is showing up and refusing to let Parkinson’s define the next chapter.

Our Mother’s Day Tea Party was filled with joy, delicious treats, and wonderful company. We loved celebrating the amazing women who make our community so special. 💕
