I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Acedemy of Lymphatic Studies.

Manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder technique) is for treating and managing edema, or swelling. This includes post-traumatic and post-surgical edema; as well as several pathologies such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, migraines, chronic pain reduction, sinus and congestion problems, and more. The Vodder techniques will help promote general relaxation, health support, and detoxification.

Through my intense certification I have learned a very specific treatment sequence to ensure the best lymphatic drainage. This is a superficial technique used to purge lymphatic waste and toxins from the body. It is important to drink plenty of water and be hydrated before and after the treatment.

Please note I do not treat patients who are currently diagnosed with lymphedema.

Tight hip flexors? Here’s the explanation you need! The hip flexor muscles, namely the psoas and iliacus, are responsible for that hip flexion, but when they’re tight, they can cause some back pain. But we’ve got the perfect exercises to train and strengthen them! Try the front split lift-off to train the hip flexors in a lengthened position and the Primal Hip Reapers for a more shortened position. Start with 2 sets of 6-8 reps for the first exercise and 2 sets of 4-6 reps for the second.
