Next up in our Meet the Team series: Danielle Fanopoulos, VP of Patient Access.
Danielle's commitment to this work is personal. Her life has been deeply affected by substance use and mental health challenges, including the loss of her older brother, and that experience drives her passion for prevention, hope, and breaking the cycle for future generations.
She oversees care coordination for our Idaho clients and serves on the executive board of the Meridian Anti-Drug Coalition. Outside of work, she's usually camping or cheering on her family at the racetrack.

Meet the team behind Oak Ridge Recovery: starting with our Founder and CEO, Erik Rasmussen.
Before founding Oak Ridge, Erik built and led an industrial manufacturing company in the energy sector. That experience shaped how he leads today: clear systems, strong ex*****on, and a belief that treatment should be thoughtful, practical, and built around real life, not just clinically sound, but genuinely helpful.
Originally from Alaska, Erik has built his life here in Idaho and is committed to serving individuals and families across the Treasure Valley. Outside of work, you'll find him fishing, camping, or out on a trail.
