Race recap for 6/22/24 at whynot: Had a pretty good night! Qualified 4th , finished 3rd in heat race and put on a heck of a race with david williamson and finished a close 2nd! Congrats to david on his win!

Been way behind our on race updates this year but this past weekend we went to whynot for the battle of the states make up race and another weekly race. Started 11th in the first race and made it up 3rd at one point and finished 5th but after a dq after the checkered flag we came home 4th. Started 11th in the 2nd race also and finished 4th in that race too. Wasnt a bad night overall. Just got to start farther up in the field and i think our chances are good. We’ll get it cleaned up and ready for the next race!

Recap for the 29th annual fall classic: friday we qualified 1st in our group and started on the pole of the first heat race. Ran 2nd for most of the heat race and the leader had a lr flat so we went on to win the heat race. Saturday night we would roll off from the pole startin position and go on to lead all 30 laps and pick up win number 4 on the year! Had a good car all weekend and we are glad to come home with a big win!

Well last night was probably one of the worst nights we’ve had in a while. Went to whynot for the last points race. Qualified 12th out of 15 cars so that put us starting 6th in heat 2. Had a car spin out in the heat in front of us and clipped it and tore the back of the car up but luckily it was just sheet metal. We got in and busted our butts to get it put back together in time for the feature. Rolled off 14th in the feature and drove around for a few laps and decided to pull in and not tear the car up anymore. On the good side of things we won the track points for the second year in a row! We appreciate caleb todd for coming and helping us put the car back together. Rodney wing for giving us a spoiler and deck piece and everyone else for helping us get back out there! We’ll get it fixed and get ready for the next race! Congrats to spencer hughes on his win!

Race recap from saturday: Same format as friday night, qualifying and feature. Qualified 3rd so we rolled off 3rd for the feature and ran 2nd. Congrats to randall beckwith on his win! All in all a great weekend for us! A win and a 2nd! Also thanks to jeffery walker for letting us wheel his 602 we finished 2nd in that race also. We’ll get our capital race car cleaned up and ready for the next one!

Recap from last night: Qualified 4th out of 22 cars. No heat races just features so that put us rolling off 4th in feature. Ran 2nd for the majority of the race and on lap 16 casey took the lead and went on to pick up win number 3 on the year! We’ll get it ready to go again for night 2 at whynot! Everybody come on out tonight for another night of racing!

Race racap from last night. Fought problems from the shop all throughout the night but we didnt give up. We qualified 2nd, finshed 2nd in heat race and started 4th in the feature and a few laps in we were already out front and never looked back. Picked up win #2 on the year. Our eagle racing engines powered capital race car has alot of speed and we’ll keep working hard to get the next one!

Race recap from last night: The CRUSA national touring series came to whynot for the $5,000 50 lap House of Hook 50. 35 cars signed in for the event. We were the first car to hit the track qualifying in group A and ended up 4th out of 18 cars. They locked in the top 5 out of each group in to the feature which would put us rolling off 7th in the big show. We got up to 4th at one point but ended the night 5th. Wasnt a bad night racing with the best. We’ll get it cleaned up and get ready for the next one!

This Saturday night the CRUSA National Touring Series will make its return to Whynot Motorsports Park for the $5000 to win House of Hook 50. The CRUSA LM’s always provide some great side by side action at the House of Hook. Also in action will be the CRUSA Sportsmen, CRUSA SS, Factory Stock, Open Wheel Modified and the Enduros. Event details coming soon!!!

Race recap from whynot: started out fastest in hotlaps. Went fastest overal in qualifying. Put on a heck of race with luke bennett in the heat race and won it. Started on the pole of the feature and casey got out to an early lead but lap traffic come into effect late in the race and him and luke bennett put on another show in the closing laps of the feature race and casey was able to cross the line first! Glad we finally got a win for the year. Now its time to get geared up for 5k to win at whynot in a few weeks!
