Bold Choice

As I worked, I took a moment to capture some beautiful pictures. While my previous job didn’t always give me the chance to pause and appreciate my surroundings, I find myself savoring these moments now. I’m truly falling in love with the magic of fall!

“He has made everything beautiful in its time.” —Ecclesiastes 3:11

This is a clear reminder: you cannot fake truth, justice, peace, gentleness, or love. No matter how big your podium.

They tried intimidating in their chanclas and “LOVE” worded sweatpants and “Love has no border” signs. But in 50 years, I'll look back and think, “I was hated and hurled insults because I stood my ground of what it means to be a Christian.” I won’t think they represent me at all.

I have spent my entire life on the reservation, in rural fly-over areas, and experienced no hate from whom they call “racists,” except recently from those who claim to represent minorities. Their animosity stems solely from the fact that my opinion doesn’t align with their narrative.

The author of Hebrews uses the tabernacle as a parable to illustrate the superiority of the new covenant over the old. The tabernacle, with its separation between the holy and most holy places, symbolizes the barrier between God and humanity. However, the new covenant, through Jesus Christ, removes this barrier, granting direct access to God.

The author of Hebrews uses the Old Testament tabernacle and the Day of Atonement as an illustration of the new covenant through Jesus Christ. While the old system of sacrifices could not perfect the conscience, Jesus’ sacrifice provides eternal redemption and cleanses the conscience. This allows believers to live in a restored relationship with God, free from condemnation and empowered to serve Him.

The author will continue to discuss the answer to a problem found in Jesus Christ, emphasizing the importance of living for the reality of life.

“Now even the first covenant had regulations for worship and an earthly place of holiness.
For a tent was prepared, the first section, in which were the lampstand and the table and the bread of the Presence. It is called the Holy Place.”

Behold the King of Kings in His glory!

God, with full knowledge, sees the nail’s design at its creation by the inventor, aware it will pierce His own hands and feet.

This moment of divine omniscience speaks to the depth of His sacrifice and love for us.

As Isaiah 53:5 declares, ‘But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.’

And from Psalm 24:7-10, ‘Lift up your heads, you gates; be lifted up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle... The Lord Almighty—he is the King of glory.’

The ultimate gift of salvation, the 𝐆𝐎𝐃 King Who laid down His life for His people.
