Thanks again for a repeat customer. Wrapped up installing carpet tiles and some LVP.

Added a ramp with handrails to an existing porch, and closed off the bottom side of another for some hidden storage. Always nice to be able help out a repeat customer.

Repeat customer needed some more covered area and we were happy to add this 20x40 lean-to. While we were there we discussed their next potential project for the future. Thankful for our customers.

We were happy to be able to revamp this house for a repeat customer. Started with a metal roof, repaired and replaced sheetrock from water damage, then updated the interior with new flooring, fresh paint, new lighting, updated the receptacles and light switches, added a laundry room, updated the bathrooms, installed new appliances , added a small porch and steps.

Was happy to be able to build this front porch for a customer. If you’re needing a new deck or an old deck refreshed now is the time to get on the schedule.

Another project complete. This house had a major remodel. Started with replacing every floor joist, beam and all the subfloor through the entire house. Revamped the kitchen and bathroom. Then we added a master suite, which included another bathroom, closet, laundry room and bedroom. Homeowner gave everything a fresh coat of paint and new flooring throughout. Customer had round wooden columns that had seen better days, several of them had bowed. Replaced them with 8” square recessed panel PermaCast columns. These should stand the test of time and it gave it a different look. Thank you for your business.
