Sigma Theta Psi Multicultural Sorority Inc. White Rose Nominee | As a first generation student, Sabrina Plaza, has constantly strove to achieve greatness. She is a Supervisor in the Dining Center where she works hard every day to set an example for other students. Sabrina Plaza is a Founder of the first Multicultural Sorority established at UC Merced where as President her moral compass is what leads her to choose between right and wrong, in which she also helps everyone in the organization build trust with one another thus allowing honesty to serve as a form of learning. She’s gained extensive knowledge throughout the competition of White Rose, in which she has followed the pillars of the brothers of Sigma Tau Gamma those such as integrity, learning, excellence, and leadership.
Every good leader has integrity and behind every good leader there is a support system.
Sigma Tau Gamma has their brotherhood and Sigma Theta Psi has their sisterhood in which both work hard to build great leaders.
There is excellence in everything a lady of Psi does. ¡Si se puede!

Kappa Kappa Gamma White Rose Nominee | The Sig Tau principle I relate to the most is learning. Reading is a passion of mine and growing up you would always find me with a book in my hand. It was the same with learning. The world is such an interesting place and a curious mind can discover beautiful things. This week I’ve gotten to learn facts about the Special Olympics that are incredible. It’s true when they say “you learn something new every day”. 😌

Phi Mu White Rose Nominee | Learning is an experience that should be learned amongst one another, Fraternities and Sororities do so by encouraging collective interaction and sparking the hunger of knowledge which can only result in leaders influencing future generations. Sigma tau Gamma’s learning principle is important not only to me but to my entire organization for the sole reason of securing our nation’s power stance in the world of leadership.

Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. White Rose Nominee | As a sister of Lambda Theta Nu, I strongly admire the brothers of Sigma Tau Gamma for the pride and commitment they have in their ideals. Leadership, Learning , Integrity, excellence and brotherhood are the core values that make up these Noblemen. This brotherhood has prospered around their ideals just like my organization has bloomed within Academic Excellence, Community Service , and Sisterhood. To become the first White Rose of the Zeta Rho associate chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma would mean a lot to me to be able to bring together my pillars and their together to represent their philanthropy. I have the upmost respect for these men and would make sure to support them every step of the way.

Delta Gamma White Rose Nominee | I have had the great privilege of meeting the gentleman the Sigma Tau Gamma fraternity recently founded at UC Merced in February 2017. Their dedication to their six pillars which they follow as a brotherhood is leadership, integrity, excellence, citizenship, learning, and brotherhood. They have represented the pillar of learning the most as each member shows true dedication to their personal and professional pursuits. Each member is well aware of the obligation they have taken on as a member within this organization. Their attempts to pass along their knowledge to others, is shown in their motives, actions, and and values that they hold strongly to in all aspects.
