This program is designed to help aspiring childcare providers turn their passion for children into a successful, licensed childcare business.

We’re seeking a dedicated individual who is actively working on their own recovery and ready to inspire others through action. If you have experience with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Acute Behavioral Health, or lived experience, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communication & interpersonal skills
*Time management & attention to detail
*Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft, Zoom, Google)
*High School Diploma or GED
*Ability to pass a background check
*Commitment to a drug- and alcohol-free environment

Supporting Mental Well-Being for Older Adults

Welcome to Week 1 of Mental Health Awareness Month.

Older adults may face life changes—such as health challenges, retirement, or loss of a loved one—that affect their emotional well-being. It is natural to have feelings of loneliness or grief following these life changes; it is also important to acknowledge when these feelings become overwhelming or begin to impact day-to-day functioning. Recognizing the signs of depression or anxiety and seeking support are key first steps toward managing symptoms, cultivating positive emotions, and sustaining a meaningful life.

How You Can Help:
During Mental Health Awareness Month, you can share information about the importance of supporting mental health while aging. The 2025 Mental Health Awareness Month Toolkit offers key messages and social media posts that you can share with your partners and audiences.

Currently our Outpatient Services are on a hold due to unfortunate reasons. We are still operating our Recovery Residences as usual. We appreciate your understanding with this matter.

Another Way LLC is offering a six-week Employment Skills and Development class designed to equip individuals with essential skills and knowledge for success in the job market. This program aims to enhance resume writing techniques, interview skills, job skills and support participants in achieving their career goals.
