Memorial Day is here! We will be running 4 heats, at the start of each heat we will be reading the story of Michael Murphy in honor of all those who did not make it home.

Doors will open at 530AM and we will have a suggested warm up. Come in between heats if that's what your schedule allows.

Today's another leg day at MSCF. It's all fun and games until it's time to build up the base. While it's funny to play around with the popularity of THICC-ness. Having strong lower bodies makes us healthier in tons of different ways... never miss leg day!

The Workout:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run
