Join us in congratulating the Ed Rice Community Center Tigers 14U Flag Football Team on an incredible season!

Yesterday, our Tigers battled until the very end in a hard-fought championship game. While the outcome wasn't what we hoped for, our team showed tremendous heart, determination, sportsmanship, and resilience throughout the entire season.

The Tigers finished the season as the 14U Runner-Ups, and we couldn't be more proud of what these young athletes accomplished. From the first practice to the final whistle, they represented Ed Rice Community Center with pride and gave their all every time they stepped onto the field.

A huge thank you to our players, coaches, parents, families, and supporters who made this season possible. Your dedication and commitment helped make this a season to remember.

This may be the end of the season, but it's only the beginning of what's ahead for these young Tigers. Keep working. Keep growing. Keep roaring!

Parents/Guardians of children currently on the Ed Rice Summer Camp roster — don’t forget that attendance at ONE Parent Orientation session is REQUIRED before camp begins.

Registration is open for our fourth annual High School 7-on-7 Football Tournament, hosted by the Memphis Parks Athletics Department! This year's event will also feature a Big Man Camp. Registration is limited to the first 18 teams. 🏈

Registered teams will have the opportunity for three linemen to participate in the Big Man Camp, a combine-style environment with skill development and competitive evaluation.

Coaches, register your team to compete for FREE on Saturday, July 18, from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. at Walter May Park! The winning team will receive a $1,500 equipment voucher.

The Ed Rice 14U Tigers closed out the regular season in BIG fashion yesterday with a huge 45-15 victory over Lester Community Center! 🔥💪🏽

With the win, the Tigers finish the regular season UNDEFEATED and tied for 1st place! 😤🏆 From start to finish, this team showed heart, toughness, teamwork, and determination every single game.

Now it’s time for the next chapter… PLAYOFF FOOTBALL. 👀🔥

The Tigers will begin their playoff run next week, and if the regular season was any indication, the road to the championship is going to run through Ed Rice! 🐯🏈
