PGF was founded in 2008 as a reaction to the amount of waste generated by restaurants, a desire to contribute to the sustainability of our community and a passion for supporting local restaurants. A little Monday inspiration from Inspire Community Cafe ๐ŸŒฑ They proudly and passionately serve a full menu of coffee and espresso drinks, fresh fruit smoothies, healthy and hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner items. And their mission? To nourish community change by providing living wage jobs, life-giving food and a gathering place that inspires and connects people for the sake of a more just and compassionate Memphis.

Located inside the Binghampton Gateway Shopping Center, Inspire is serving up all the good stuff on Tuesday โ€“ Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Donating surplus food is a great way to make a meaningful impact. As a PGF food donation partner, you can donate leftovers from events, catering services, or daily operations to help give back to nonprofits and community organizations that serve those facing food insecurity.
