Congratulations! Years of service well respected and acknowledged! Also, over here at Good Blue & You we have ran into this gentleman many times…SUPER GOOD GUY!

After nearly four decades of service, Deputy Chief Dennis McNeil’s appointment reflects a career built on experience, steady leadership, and a deep knowledge of this city.

Over 37 years with the Memphis Police Department, he has served in assignments across Memphis — from patrol to the TACT Unit, Crime Prevention, Executive Administration, and the Training Academy. His path through the department has given him firsthand insight into the work at every level.

Starting as a Police Service Technician and rising through the ranks to Colonel before his appointment, Deputy Chief McNeil has earned the respect of colleagues through consistency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the mission.

Please join us in congratulating Deputy Chief McNeil.

THANK GOODNESS! Great job guys! 😠🥶 ❄️

Update DeSoto County: We have been conducting a thorough investigation to identify the individual responsible for causing substantial damage to the county.

We sincerely appreciate the collaboration with our law enforcement agencies. The Hernando Police Department assisted us and successfully apprehended the suspect. 😡

The investigation is still ongoing, and she is cooperating. Based on the information she provided, we are confident that others are involved. ⛄️
