This past week we had our Annual Board of Directors Celebration with our past and current board members. We had the opportunity to reflect on the past year’s achievements, discuss future plans, and ensure we continue to drive our mission forward.

Thank you to the beautiful Dunbar Farms for having us! ❤️

A hidden treasure. A meaningful impact. ✨

Community Works is honored to be one of the nonprofit organizations selected to participate in the Marie Lamfrom Birthday Program in celebration of what would have been Marie’s 130th birthday.

Marie Lamfrom, co-founder of Columbia Sportswear, believed deeply in giving back and caring for her community. This year, her legacy lives on through a special partnership with Lincoln City’s Finders Keepers program.

Between now and June 12, four commemorative glass floats connected to Community Works are hidden along the beaches of Lincoln City. If you find one, it’s yours to keep! Even more exciting, when you register your float, a donation is unlocked for Community Works… helping us continue serving survivors, families, and individuals throughout our community.

Each float discovered becomes more than a beautiful keepsake. It becomes an act of generosity, connection, and hope.

So if you’re headed to the Oregon Coast, keep your eyes open. You just might find a treasure that helps change lives. 🌊
