The Landmarks and Historic Preservation Commission presented the 2013 historic preservation awards at Thursday's City Council meeting to property owners who have invested in the restoration and rehabilitation of historic structures.

Carl Coffman received his bronze plaque for the extensive restoration of the Sparta Building at the corner of East Main Street and North Riverside Avenue.

Sparta Building Renovation Complete | KDRV MEDFORD, Ore. -- The Sparta building that hass served home to various businesses since the early 1900's has new life breathed into it.

Thanks to all our visitors. over 500 people came to view the amazing renovation.
