Can you tell which side has a volume row?

💡 A volume row is a single row of hair extensions installed for the purpose of adding density.

On the left, you can see where her bio hair on the sides is significantly shorter than the hair on the right.
👉🏻This is probably the most common area I suggest correcting when applying a volume installation as it makes a big impact in the overall styling and feel of my clients hair!

I know, I used to teach in groups until I pulled the plug on that teaching style and opted for individualized education.

I mean it when I tell my students that whether you are fresh out of a Cosmetology program or certified in another method, learning something new can be challenging - Which is why we play with multiple ways to stitch, color blend, we discuss textures, thread and more during your training so you can develop an understanding as to why you place each bead and every stitch.

When each step has a purpose and makes sense, it’s SO much easier to remember and not get tripped up when you return to your salon.
