An Energy Session is 20 min long and can be: Acupressure, Cupping, Scraping (GuaSha), or Moxibustion, or a combination. Price is $30 and can be scheduled at your convenience.

As most of you know I do not like to change the schedule unless absolutely necessary, due to increased need it is a must.The schedule will be as follows:
Monday- No change 515pm Adult Beginners, 6pm Jr's White Yellow Green, and 7pm Advanced Belts
Tuesday- Black Belt Class 615pm
Wednesday- 7pm Advanced Class Only
Thursday- No Change 5pm Adult Beginners, 545pm Sparring and 630pm Leadership
Friday- 530pm Jrs White Yellow Green Belts
Sunday- 1130am Tea 12pm Open Class

Earlier today we learned of the passing of DoJu Nim Ji Han Jae. The world has lost a wonderful person and truly passionate teacher. He has made a lasting impact in the lives of countless individuals. On behalf of The Korea Dangsudo Association, Tiger Karate Academy LLC, and Ms. Dawn and myself our deepest condolences are with him, his family, students, and all who feel his passing.

DoJang is Closed today due to weather!
Please be careful if you have to travel, stay away from 81 if you can avoid it, and stay warm!

Happy New School year Tigers! We know you will all do your best and make the most of the opportunities this school year will bring! Show your stripes, and learn as much as you can! We are always so proud of you all! The DoJang will be closed this week so everyone can acclimate to their new schedules, class will resume Tuesday September 2nd!

Tiger Homework:
Write how your first week of school was. Take us through your week, how you felt, who you met, etc. Tell us as much as you can. There is no limit to how much you should write, but it should definitely be more that a paragraph!

We are so proud of all of our Tigers that came out to the Demo at Memorial Stadium in Jessup! Thank you to the Jessup 21st Century Association for inviting us and for having such a wonderful community event!!
