This Saturday, the Connell Park Walking Club welcomes Dr. Ali Chittalia, a Geisinger primary care physician with over 20 years of primary care experience. Dr. Chittalia will speak with us about Hypertension. As usual, he'll be available for informal conversation as we walk! All ages and abilities welcome. Thanks, Dr. Chittalia!

Thank you to the teachers at John F. Kennedy Elementary School for opening the playground for the summer! Summer hours for the new are 8am-4pm, Monday-Thursday. Thanks also to Weis Markets in Carbondale for supplying the fresh grapes, apples, and other healthy snacks for the kids. We couldn't have done any of it with great partners Trust for Public Land, City of Scranton, and Scranton School District.
