CFR- Colby Fett Racing

Well, this just happened. We placed 2ND from 14th in our Mod A Qualifier, which means we are Dancing in both the Mod and Stock car Saturday night!! Holy cow. Speechless. 240+ in both classes and we get to run with the best 30 of the week.

Well we start p14 for tonight's A main Qualifier, top 4 go to the big dance, which me only missed by 2 positions yesterday.

We will also be starting p14 in the AlL-Star Modified Invitational. That race is a race that only Mod drivers that win 1k+ get invited to and then get grouped up to run time trials, taking the fastest times of this pool of drivers and we made it!! What a crazy week.

Thank you Horsepower Hydration for hooking us up with some extra electrolytes after this long and hot week of racing!!

Still on cloud 9 after this. We've been getting faster every time I get in this Lake Mills Motor Sports Stock car and finally picked up my biggest stock car Career win.

This A qualifier win starts me 2nd row middle for IMCAs biggest stock car race of the year.. The BIG DANCE SATURDAY NIGHT. Only start 2nd row because I lost a bags game vs. the other A feature winner. Better start practicing lol.

This photo will be something I will cherish for the rest of my life. My WHOLE racing career started with these 2. Love you Mom and Dad, thanks for running out and being a part of this moment.

Appreciation post for this badass dude. Ever since teaming up with Troy Swearingen with Cooterbilt, not only does he build us great engines no matter what class I've raced, he has always been my hometown hero and now treats me like family and I cannot thank him enough for that. Its been a great year working with you Hall of Famer!!

Also thanks you for covering all of our tech tent engine work through all these years, truly made it so much easier for us in there.

Two red hats, two heat wins!!! Colby drew the 2 for A2 in the stock car and drew the 3 for A1 in the modified!!

Stock Car 22nd-5th one spot out of the Dance.

Modified- finished 3rd in heat, onto a B.

The 3rd of 4 Lake Mills Motor Sports cars loading up in the box for Super Nats! The stock car and Hobby Stock are already loaded, Troy Swearingen will be down Tuesday! Can’t wait to have all the cars together and racing at the biggest IMCA event of the year!!!

We will have the Modified at the Boone Speedway tomorrow for their season Championship Night!
