This Saturday! MDRA supports "Kids Fishing in the City" events wherever you are. We have teamed up with the City of LA in many ways over the many years.

If you know anyone with young kids in that area... Whittier, Montebello, Alhambra, Rosemead, Downey, West Covina etc. etc. Tell them about this event.

The September MDRA Members meeting was last night.
Sept 3rd, 2023. ( one week earlier than normal )

Myles led a very informative and lively meeting.

We covered the hot fishing and the El Nino and the Travel calendar and still to come... tournaments coming up.

Congrats to a guest Anglerette, Mary, who came up from King Harbor. She walked away with the new Calstar rod.

Did you know that the 2026 Youth Fishing program just completed? John Ballotti reported that about 400 kids went out fishing this season with us on the Bettty-O. Capt Mike Reinch was in attendance and was cheered and Thanked for another fantastic Fishing Season of the MDRA Youth Fishing Program. And Thank you to Douglas Brown YF Program Chairman and Linda Topal too!
