Across our North American locations, members gathered over pub boards and pretzels at an Oktoberfest-inspired happy hour to kick off the month.

At 190 Bowery, original oak floors, intricate metalwork, and traces of the building’s past became part of the workplace we created. Comfortable seating and warm lighting help make room for today’s workday while letting that history remain visible.

Welcome to Industrious 902 Broadway, officially open inside a building that’s been part of New York since 1913.

Twelve-foot ceilings. Oversized windows. Warm corners for focused work. Room to meet, move, and settle into the day.

A century-old New York address, designed for the way we work now.

Now arriving: a landmark workday.

Industrious Grand Central is now open at 110 East 42nd Street, inside the landmark former Bowery Savings Bank building that first opened in 1923.

More than a century later, the Romanesque arches, stonework, and direct subway connection are still part of the arrival. Upstairs, the workday looks a little different: warm lounges, meeting rooms, breakfast at the ready, and an on-site team to keep things moving.

School’s back 🎒

First-day energy, minus the homework.
We threw it back to the good parts of school: snacks, juice boxes (adult ones, obviously), and getting to know the people around you.

Members filled out “All About Me” cards, met a few more of their work neighbors, and settled in for a very grown-up Back-to-School Happy Hour.

A change of scenery can do a workday good.

This fall, we’re opening the doors at Industrious The Stutz for a series of Coworking Days. Bring your laptop, settle in, and spend the day working from one of Indianapolis’ most iconic buildings.
