Critical Factors

The Critical Factors Management System is a systematic process for creating alignment, driving accountability and inspiring engagement while monitoring performance and ensuring timely course correction for consistent increase in productivity and sustainable increase in profitability and business valuation. Our philosophy is that there are 3 keys to business success: 1) Clear & Quantifiable Goals, 2) a Comprehensive Strategy and 3) Systematic Ex*****on of the Strategy through an Accountability Management System. The efficiency with which they execute the strategy determines the degree of profitability. Thus, the key to success in business is effectively holding people accountable. As Simon Sinek so aptly puts it: "Assign tasks and people will work for you. Assign responsibility and people will work for themselves." The Critical Factors Management System assigns responsibility and provides a systematic process for objectively measuring performance on a consistent basis to ensure timely ex*****on of the business strategy. It provides the structure and systems to transform small businesses into great companies.
