After 35 years, we are closing our business. Our last day will be Christmas Eve at 2:00 pm. Now is your last chance to get your fill of Rib Ranch BBQ. Thank you so much for your support over the years. You will be truly missed.

Happy Fourth Everybody! We are open and featuring a new special to celebrate the occasion. You've heard of fried turkeys, fried oreos, fried twinkies → now in a truly American tradition we've taken that beloved Spinach & Artichoke dip dish and moved it to the fryer. These Spinach & Artichoke Dippers are incredible.

Happy New Year! We are celebrating with a BBQ Plate Special: Pork, Beef Brisket, or Chicken with Collard Greens and Black Eyed Peas - and traditional southern Cornbread - the kind from back in the day where sugar was considered a luxury and usually omitted. (We'll have some honey packets on standby though.)
