Whether or not your child struggles with anxiety or has difficulty staying focused, our Mindfulness for Kids classes help to build relationship skills, develop a positive perspective, improve emotional control, enhance self-awareness, and more. Your child will learn techniques to become fully aware of the moment for relaxing the mind and body.
