Tomorrow is our last day of school and we will dismiss at 12:10 pm. Please make sure you arrange transportation for this half day. If you need to change your student's transportation home, you must contact the office by 11:30 am. Thank you for making this year amazing and we hope you have a safe summer.

Tomorrow begins awards ceremonies and parties for Bennett students. Please see the attached flyer for the dates and times of your student(s) awards ceremony and party. If you are not able to attend the awards ceremony, a livestream link is being sent by your student's teacher.

The Bennett Elementary Cooking Club wrapped up an incredible year of learning, laughter, and hands‑on culinary fun. Under the guidance of Mrs. Yenga, Ms. Campos, and Ms. Valiare, our young chefs created a delicious assortment of recipes—from no‑bake treats and strawberry shortcake to tortilla rolls, spaghetti, and so much more. Their showcase highlighted not only their growing kitchen skills but also the joy of cooking alongside friends. We are so proud of their creativity, teamwork, and enthusiasm throughout the year!

We want to wish a Happy Police Officer Week to our very own Officer Bowers. Thank you for keeping our school safe and for your support of our students and staff. We are so grateful that you are here at Bennett Elementary.

The Bennett Elementary Talent Show was a beautiful celebration of courage, creativity, and girl power. Every performer took the stage with great confidence, showcasing talents that ranged from expressive dance to heartfelt vocals. Their bravery shone just as brightly as their skills, reminding our campus community of the joy that comes from trying something new, sharing your gifts, and cheering one another on. We are incredibly proud of each girl who stepped into the spotlight and made this year’s show unforgettable. Thank you, Mr. Scott for coordinating a fantastic show!🤩

Staff of the week goes to... Drum Roll... Mr. Scott! Mr. Scott has done an incredible job this year leading our students through the First Grade Performance, the Talent Show, leading the 4th- 5th grade choir, and managing the music for all of our school performances. His hard work, organization, and dedication help make every event a success! He is always willing to step up and take charge, especially when someone on his team is out, making sure communication with teachers stays clear and everyone has what they need. Thank you, Mr. Scott, for your leadership, positivity, and all the joy you bring to our campus through music each day!

Thank you to Ms. Melenie Eskridge from Manvel Library Branch of the Brazoria County Library System for coming to Bennett to present to all of the grade levels about summer reading and all of the activities at the public library. Our students were really excited about the dinosaur theme and the stories she read aloud.

Kindergarten students participated in Kinder Camp Day today. What an exciting experience. Thank you to all of our kindergarten teachers and parents for helping make this day a huge success.
