Attention :::::::::::::Basic Cleans (price $65 and up). If anything extra is asked not included on this list that is needed please request at least 3 days prior as I have other houses and have to line up child care and times available so I follow a timed schedule.

Would like to just say to all customers that on holidays if I clean for you that day a holiday falls on I will come day before or day after the holiday. Any cancellations day of or before will result in a fee. As I have a appt schedule and I may not be able to clean a house that time or day because I have the spot filled and then if you cancel day of I lose out on pay and this is how I make a living. So please give at least a week notice that you do not want your house cleaned the week coming up so maybe i can schedule someone else in its place so I dont lose out on pay. I'm also understanding to emergencies if something comes up I understand. Thank you so much. Im just posting this so there is no confusion and thank you to all my customers for the Christmas presents i truly appreciate it.

The Fine Print:
• We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step stepstool.
• Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand.
• We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
• Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
• Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee.
• We do not provide laundry services.
