Pray for Our Neighbors ❤️

Our hearts are with the families, businesses, and communities in Menasha, Neenah, and the Appleton area who have been impacted by the recent tornadoes. Many are facing unexpected loss, damage, and uncertainty as they begin the difficult work of rebuilding.

We're grateful for organizations like Convoy of Hope, which has quickly mobilized to provide relief supplies, practical assistance, and hope to those affected. Their teams are serving communities with essential items like food, water, hygiene supplies, and other critical resources while partnering with local churches and volunteers to care for those in need.

As a church family, let's continue to lift up everyone affected in prayer. Pray for comfort for those who have lost so much, strength and protection for first responders and volunteers, wisdom for community leaders, and hope for every family and business as they recover.

If you're looking for a tangible way to be the hands and feet of Jesus, the need for volunteers is great. Whether you can give your time, resources, or simply offer encouragement, every act of kindness can make a difference as these communities rebuild. Please continue to pray and, if you're able, consider stepping in to serve those who need it most.

Our hearts are with the people of Venezuela following the devastating earthquakes that struck on June 24. These powerful earthquakes have claimed lives, caused widespread destruction, and left countless families facing unimaginable loss and uncertainty.

As the hands and feet of Jesus, we are called to care for those who are hurting. Our ministry partner, Convoy of Hope, is already on the ground providing hot meals, clean water, emergency supplies, and critical relief while preparing for the long road to recovery.

Today, we invite our Connection Church family to join us in making a difference.

• The families who have lost loved ones and homes.
• Rescue workers and first responders.
• The Convoy of Hope teams serving those in need.

This Fourth of July, we celebrate 250 years of God's faithfulness throughout our nation's history. As we give thanks for the blessings of freedom, we also remember that our greatest liberty is found in Jesus Christ.

"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free." — Galatians 5:1

May this Independence Day inspire us to be grateful for those who have sacrificed for our nation, to pray for our leaders and communities, and to continue shining the love and hope of Christ wherever we go.

As we celebrate with family and friends, let us remember that every good gift comes from God and that our true hope rests in Him.

🔥🥩 The Carnivore Competition was one for the books! 🥩🔥

After Sunday's service, the grills fired up and the smoke rolled in as our pitmasters brought their A-game! From juicy steaks and fall-off-the-bone ribs to perfectly smoked meats, the competition was fierce—and delicious.

After plenty of tasting (a tough job, but someone had to do it 😉), one champion rose above the rest and earned the highest honor of the day...

🏆 The Golden BBQ FORK! 🥇🍖

Thank you to everyone who cooked, tasted, judged, and cheered each other on. Events like these remind us that great food and great fellowship are even better together.
