Jim Reif Builders

One of the best ways to evaluate a floor plan? Stop imagining the perfect Saturday and start imagining a normal Tuesday.

Where do the groceries land? Where do the backpacks go? How far are you carrying laundry? What happens when everyone is home at the same time?

The little everyday moments are what make a floor plan work.

Save this one for when it’s time to start planning your home.

Our project manager, Parker, had the chance to give students a look at residential home building and share what a career in the industry can look like. Thank you to the Manitowoc County Home Builders Association for giving students the opportunity to explore careers in residential construction!

👋🏽⭐️ Meet the team Monday! This week we’re introducing John, one of our lead carpenters. Fun fact: John was one of our first youth apprentices!

What do you enjoy most about your job? 🏠
I enjoy the creativity, building, hard work it takes, and ultimately seeing the final product come together. That process from effort to outcome, it what motivates me every day.

New build or remodel? 🔨
New home or remodel, it doesn’t matter. What matters to me is bringing someone’s vision to life and creating a space that reflects their dream.

What is on the top of your bucket list? 📋
At the top of my bucket list is building a new home of my own for my family.

Jim and Parker wrapping up another great Builder 20 meeting in Monroe, Louisiana! Here’s what they had to share.👇

One of the highlights was hearing from our keynote speaker, Willie Robinson. His powerful message centered around three priorities: Faith. Family. Career. And keeping them in that order.

Willie shared personal stories about growing up with his brothers and how faith has carried him through life’s challenges. Today, he speaks to approximately 100,000 people each year, encouraging others to strengthen their faith and live with purpose.

Our Builder 20 group brings together builders from non-competing markets to share ideas, tour homes, learn from industry professionals, and find new ways to improve our businesses and create a better experience for our clients.

Jim Reif Builders has been proud to be part of the Pacesetters Builder 20 Group since 2007. With fewer than 600 builders nationwide participating in these groups, we’re incredibly grateful for the relationships, knowledge, and opportunities to grow that come with being part of this community.

Another great meeting, new ideas to bring home, and plenty to be thankful for.

👋🏽⭐️ Meet the team Monday! This week we’re introducing Nicole, our accounting manager.

What do you enjoy most about your job? 🏠
I truly appreciate the relationships formed with our team and our clients. The finished product is always great to see, but the connections made along the way are just as meaningful.

New build or remodel? 🔨
I honestly can’t choose. Watching a new home take shape from the group up is remarkable, and the difference a remodel can make is equally impressive. Both experiences are meaningful!

What’s your favorite hobby outside of work? 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
It may not qualify as a hobby, but my family is what matters most to me. Any time I get to spend with them is my favorite.
