Health starts with habits!!! 🔃
🙌🏼 If you sleep for more than 7 hours, your body will shift into fat-burning mode overnight. When you walk after each meal, it helps you switch fuel sources faster. If you stop eating three hours before bed, your body won’t be stuck “switching” all night.
