The American Cancer Society is the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization
dedicated to eliminating cancer as a health
problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and
diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service. The Society was established in 1913 and Society funded researchers have contributed to nearly every cancer research breakthrough we’ve seen. The American Cancer Society reached 3,104
people in New Orleans with patient related
information and services including 1,929 patients diagnosed within the past year. 10,866 nights were spent at the New Orleans
Hope Lodge to 397 patients.

Our Story
To better serve our participants’ and sponsors’ schedules, we have postponed our Tournament Fore a Cure until Spring of 2019. Dates to come soon! We hope to see you this spring!
