𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁, 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘁𝗵? Super Light Natural and Super Light Gold are ideal for guests who love a sun-kissed blonde with warmth and dimension.

💡 Pro Tip:

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁: Mix 1 part SL Series with 2 parts 40 Volume Cream Developer. Time for an additional 10 minutes. For additional lift, add up to ¼ oz. (7g) of Elevare.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹: Mix 2 oz. SLC with 2 oz. 40 Volume Cream Developer and up to ¼ oz. (7g) of Elevare.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Pair the SL Series with CPL and ½ oz. Protein Complex to create beautiful, long-lasting tonal results on pre-lightened hair.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀: Shades are organized from coolest to warmest, with color bands that identify the base tone of each series.

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: Use the Natural (N) Series as your reference when evaluating your client’s starting level.

𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Follow the Natural Pigment Contribution Gradient to see what warmth you’ll encounter as you lift, like red at Level 6 and red-orange at Level 7.

When those grays are playing hard to cover...

Some gray hair can be coarser and more resistant, so try some of these to help those silver strands cooperate.

→ Always start with a CLEAN canvas. Use 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗛𝘅 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 and then 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗛𝘅 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗼 to help remove mineral deposits and buildup that may interfere with color deposit.

→ Add 5–10 minutes to the processing time.

→ Add up to 7 grams (2 ribbons) of Elevare 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 extra developer.

→ Add an extra 15 grams of haircolor 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 extra developer.

→ Use our 25 Volume Cream Developer with that extra 15 grams of color.

🔥 PRO TIP: Working with gold, copper or red? Add our Natural, To***co or Ice Mocha series to help control unwanted warmth on gray hair.

Sometimes those stubborn grays just need a little extra attention. 😉🩶

Ever nail your formula at the root only to have the ends grab too cool, dark or dull? Porosity may be the reason.

We know the color wheel: yellow + violet, orange + blue, red + green. But porosity can change how those tones behave once they hit the hair.

Porous hair tends to absorb blue and violet more readily while resisting red, orange and gold. So what does that mean behind the chair?

Imagine a blonde with healthy regrowth and highly porous ends. You formulate with Pearl or another cool series to control unwanted warmth. Those porous ends may take in the blue/violet pigments more aggressively, leaving them cooler, darker or duller than the healthier hair.

💡 FORMULATION TIP: Don’t assume one formula belongs from roots to ends. When working with porous areas:

• Evaluate porosity separately from level and tone.
• Be cautious with strong blue/violet influence on compromised ends.
• Consider adding or preserving warmth when the hair needs tonal balance.
• Adjust your formula and/or processing for the porous areas rather than treating the entire head as one canvas.

Porosity matters! Formulate accordingly.
