Your mind is one of the greatest assets God has given you. Seasons will come and seasons will expire, but Scripture says, “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.”

Your thoughts shape your vision, your vision shapes your actions, and your actions shape your destiny.

Guard your mind wisely, because the life you continuously see within is the life you eventually build outwardly.

Ministry Is Not Noise It Is Christ

After over 25 years in ministry, I have come to a deep realization

Ministry is not about noise, performance, or popularity. It is about Jesus Christ and His cross

Over the years, I have observed something concerning in the prophetic space. There are no clear performance or accountability metrics. The question remains

Who watches over the prophet Who holds powerful church figures accountable

Many come to church seeking miracles, not Christ. They receive prayer, breakthroughs, and answers but never commit to the community. You can labor for years over people who never truly become part of the vision

I also realized something else
Some people in church are not followers they are players

They hide behind spirituality, but their true goal is position chair, elder, board member titles that bring recognition. And when their moment comes, their actions can be sudden and deeply harmful

This is why I made a personal decision
While others were focused on appearances, I quietly invested in my education and growth to build strength, wisdom, and sustainability in ministry

Because when Judas Iscariot and Korah arise, you must be prepared not just spiritually, but structurally

Ministry must return to
Christ, not performance
Accountability, not unchecked power
Discipleship, not consumerism

Noise builds crowds
But structure builds legacy

Today, the Eccelesia Movement joins this prophetic wave—uniting apostolic, evangelical, orthodox, pentecostal, and prophetic streams to bring clarity, direction, and spiritual awakening to our generation.
