UNH Manchester
Start your path to the world-class UNH education that fits your lifestyle, goals and budget — right in the heart of Manchester.
Did you know that at UNH Manchester we have a Communication Arts: Cinema and Media Arts Bachelor's Degree program?
Students from this program gather together as part of one of our student-led clubs, The Cinema Club!
The Cinema Club welcomes all students interested in studying cinema, practicing the art of filmmaking, or just watching movies. In this club, they create educational and social opportunities for students through participation in activities and events related to film studies. Participants attend film screenings, collaborate on projects with others, attend events such as film festivals, feel a strong sense of community and responsibility, and much more!
We are so proud of our students, Landon and Mike who served as President and Vice-President of the club this year and helped put this film together!

We love our Peer Advisors at UNH Manchester!
Elaina just completed her sophomore year in the ASL/English Interpreting program. Elaina worked with her advisors and teachers to film and edit this video in a way that would be accessible to the most people.
See what a "day in the life" of a peer advisor is all about! 👏
Visual Description: [Visual: Young white woman with long dark hair sits at her office desk, explaining her morning shift using ASL. She writes on a whiteboard, types on her laptop, then sits at the desk again to review the next part of her day. She has a meeting with peer advisors, then goes over her evening plans from her car.]

Our campus was buzzing with innovation as our student engineers put their skills to the test during a recent VEX Robotics Competition. Teams designed, built, and coded their robots to take on fast‑paced challenges; showcasing creativity, collaboration, and some serious problem‑solving power. Thank you to the judges from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) and RackSolutions for spending your weekend with our students!
We love seeing our future STEM leaders in action, and we’re proud to support hands‑on learning that sparks curiosity and confidence. Congratulations to all the teams who competed and pushed the boundaries of what’s possible!

The Theta Epsilon Theta Chapter of the TriBeta Biological Honor Society celebrated 15 outstanding students this Spring from across the Community College System of NH and UNH Manchester.
We’re proud to recognize these inductees, including students from Nashua Community College and Manchester Community College whose academic excellence and commitment to the biological sciences earned them this national honor. Each student received honor cords and sashes in a ceremony shared with family, friends, and campus partners.
Moments like this highlight the strength of our collaboration with CCSNH and the pathways that connect students to academic enrichment, research opportunities, and a global network of scientific leaders. 🎉

It is always bittersweet when we have to say "See you Later" to our students!
Prior to graduating, our computing graduate students took "The Pledge of Computing Profession", first introduced in Fall 2024 and now a meaningful rite of passage. 👏
This pledge invites students to pause, reflect, and formally commit themselves to ethical practice, integrity, and responsibility as they enter the field. A wonderful milestone that marks their transition from learners to professionals, witnessed and affirmed by the faculty and peers that have supported them along the way.
It is, and always will be, a great day to be a Wildcat! 🎉

We were thrilled to host students from the Manchester Community College Biotechnology program on our campus for an immersive look at biotechnology pathways at UNH Manchester!
Students had the opportunity to participate in hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art biotechnology labs and had a first-hand glimpse at how our programs prepare graduates for roles in biomanufacturing and NH’s growing biotech workforce.
Partnerships like this strengthen the bridge between community college students and four-year degree pathways, helping future scientists see themselves in the region’s innovation ecosystem.
We loved having these MCC students on campus and can’t wait to see what their futures have in store! 👩🔬👨🔬
