How did we think something that uses up massive amounts of electricity, water & our land is better?
6 years ago we started over from scratch. Today it’s a small farm in the middle of Connecticut serving a whole community. 🙏

🗣️ The wait is over—Our 2026 Fall Honey is officially harvested and ready for you! 🍯
This fall batch is beautifully dark & robust packed with deep flavors from late-season blossoms like aster, goldenrod & buckwheat. It is perfect for drizzling over warm biscuits, stirring into hot tea, or gifting to friends. 💝
P.S. - We do not harvest fall honey every year. If it was a tough summer on the bees, we will leave all the honey in the hives to support the colonies survival during the winter months.
