Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Develop interest, lead generation/validation, qualification, social media navigation, recruiting, recommending new products and services for local and national partners.

Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts/candidates.

Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments;

Building rapport with potential customers/candidates; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections.

Providing exceptional customer service while introducing new products and services.

Contributes information to the team by monitoring reactions from potential customers and providing feedback.

Constantly updating job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.

Phone Presentation Skills, Internal Communications, Informing Others, Verbal Communication, Enthusiasm for Sales and Customer Service, Prospecting Skills, Leadership aspirations, Persistence, Energetic, Positive, and enjoys having fun in a team environment.
