"Ramen" really just a fun mix of peanut butter, miso, coconut milk, stock and sesame oil. Add noodles and a few toppings. Filling and warming for a cold day.

Made a batch of peanut butter, raspberry, and chocolate cups. Just layer them up and freeze for a few hours.

A lovely reisling that is light and juicy. Some petrol and citrus on the nose and full of lemony minerality and touch of honeydew sweetness. Just off dry, it can really match with a lot or just open and enjoy.
