This New Hampshire town was the most popular Zillow market of 2024 The city's median house value has increased 7.3% since 2023.

The number of single-family homes available statewide at any price has been consistently higher every single day this year versus exactly a year ago. In March and April of this year, the inventory was only higher by less than 100 homes, but the discrepancy increased to the 200's by May, and by June the discrepancy was in the 400's. The discrepancy peaked at around 600 extra homes available in August, and now we are running at about 500 additional homes available so far in September. Today's figure is 2,174 versus 1,680 exactly a year ago. Last year the highest number of homes available peaked at 1,764 on October 15 and then started to decline as the prime selling season faded.
