Our MP Managed Solutions team had a great time volunteering at last Friday’s day of service!

Thank you to Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia - Arlington to Haymarket and Jo McCabe for organizing and leading the effort. The event brought together more than $1 million in donated labor and supplies to help improve the home of a local veteran in need.

Being a local company means more to us than doing business here in the DMV. It means serving our neighbors and contributing to the community we call home.

Continuous improvement is something we strive to embody here at MP Managed Solutions.

A couple of weeks ago, we were fortunate to have John. Anderson from KYOCERA Document Solutions America spend two days with our technicians for an intensive training session.

Today's copiers and multifunction devices are much more than standalone pieces of hardware. They connect to networks, communicate with cloud applications, integrate with software, and can play an important role in a company's security environment. That means our technicians need to understand not only how the equipment works, but also how it connects to and interacts with the broader IT environment. This training helps our team develop that complete understanding, from the hardware itself to the software, network, and security considerations that surround it.

Investing in our technicians means investing in our customers.

We appreciate John taking the time to work with our team and Kyocera's continued partnership and commitment to helping us improve.

We're excited to welcome Basil Abdalla to the MP Managed Solutions team. A recent graduate of George Mason University, Basil brings a background in IT (with internships at Intelsat and Navy Federal Credit Union) along with a genuine passion for the outdoors and problem-solving.

Basil is already making an impact on our IT team and quickly developing the skills needed to support our customers’ printers, copiers, and phone systems. His technical expertise, commitment to learning, and hands-on approach make him a great addition as we continue to grow.

It was an honor to serve as a Patriot Sponsor for the Prince William Chamber of Commerce's 40th Annual Valor Awards Ceremony last week.

The event recognizes the first responders who make Prince William such a great place to live, work, and raise a family. From saving lives (a lot of them) to rescuing a Canadian goose in distress, they show up for our community every single day.

Could not be more excited to have Henry Moore on the MP Managed Solutions team this summer.

Henry is a US Army Reserve Military Intelligence Officer with a unique background spanning finance and biotechnology. In just a few short weeks, he has already made a meaningful impact on our business.

When he's not meticulously refining 30 years of customer and prospect data, he's out negotiating with used car salesmen to help secure a Sprinter van for our growing vehicle fleet.

We are grateful to have such a high-caliber teammate with us this summer. Thank you to Georgetown University McDonough School of Business for loaning him to us. We're excited to see what he accomplishes over the coming months.
