This Memorial Day Weekend, we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our nation. Freedom is never free, and their sacrifice is the foundation upon which our country stands.

At the Freedom Museum, we honor the stories, courage, and legacy of those who answered the call of duty. As families gather, flags wave, and summer unofficially begins, let us never forget the true meaning of this weekend.

May we remember the fallen.
May we honor their families.
May we continue to protect the freedoms they fought to preserve.

What a beautiful afternoon supporting history, community, and the stories that built our nation. 🌹🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Freedom Museum Bloom Bar Fundraiser at The Things I Love Tea Room Patio in Manassas. From creating stunning floral arrangements to sharing tea, pastries, laughter, and meaningful conversations — this event was about more than flowers. It was about honoring the legacy of our local veterans and helping preserve their stories for future generations.

The support shown by this community continues to remind us that history matters, service matters, and coming together still matters in a world moving way too fast sometimes.

A huge thank you to our volunteers, supporters, sponsors, and everyone who attended and helped make the event special. Your support helps the Freedom Museum continue its mission of preserving and sharing the stories of those who served our country with honor.

Today we honor the mothers whose love, sacrifice, strength, and guidance help shape generations.

Throughout history, mothers have stood behind our nation’s heroes — raising them, supporting them, praying for them, and carrying burdens few ever truly see.

We especially recognize the military mothers, Gold Star Mothers, and the women who have served both their families and our country with courage and grace.

At the Freedom Museum, we believe preserving the stories of sacrifice, service, and freedom also means honoring the families behind those stories.

To all mothers past and present — thank you for your strength, your heart, and your unwavering love.
