Kim earned her Associates Degree in Business from Vincennes University in 1990, then received her Bachelor Degree in Criminology from the University of Oklahoma in 2005. She has worked several years in event planning, marketing and advertising. These skills have made her the experienced REALTOR® she is today. Kim and her husband Terry met in high school and have been happily married for 21 years. They have two amazing boys that love playing football and lacrosse. Kim and her family have fallen in love with the Northern Virginia area over the years and have finally found a place to call home. Kim has been a military spouse for 21 years. She understands the uncertainty and strain that comes with packing up your family and moving to a new town, state or even country. As a real estate client who is also a REALTOR®, she has been on both sides of the client/agent relationship; in fact it was her experiences as a client that made her want to become a real estate professional. In addition to serving her clients, Kim also serves the community. She serves on the board of directors with the local youth sports organization.
