The Kettlebell Arm Bar trains your rotator cuff and scapular control in a slow, controlled way βso when you get under that bar, your shoulder is actually ready to handle the load.
Add it to your warm-up or accessory work. 3-4 sets x 5-8 reps per side, and focus on quality over speed.
