A really nice home in Fauquier County, 10 acres, nicely isolated, really interesting layout and configuration. It was such a pleasure to work with my clients and the listing agent to make this happen.

My wife Ingrid Sorza and I assisted our client in the Sale of their home in Culpeper. My client invested in getting the property ready for sale and it presented well, and we had it sold very quickly.

It was a pleasure working with my client Ted, we sold his home and helped him in finding this amazing property in Middletown, VA. It is right on Main Street so we had a bird's eye view of the 4rth of July Parade.

I have a non-traditional background as a Realtor, but I would say that my background, working for a Fortune 50 Company, living abroad in Asia, Managing an Office in China with Chinese Staff, living in an often Spanish Speaking Household, Academic Achievement at UVA and Yale ….. are all compliments to being a native son of Piedmont who grew up and intimately knows this area. It is nice to live in the community I grew up in/graduated from Hight School in, and would love to share it with you.
