"My wife and I have never built a new home before so all of this was new to us. I'm not a building contractor but thought I new a "little" about construction. Turns out I knew nothing about construction. The classes offered by OBCH were extremely helpful. By the time we began construction on our home we had broadened our knowledge tremendously.
